JGBR Receives “Special Contribution Award” from JTEKT

May 26 — JGBR has been honored with the “Special Contribution Award” by JTEKT Corporation, marking a significant recognition of the two companies’ 23-year-long partnership.

As a key supplier for JTEKT in the Chinese market, Lixing Group, the parent company of JGBR, specializes in the development and manufacturing of rolling elements for critical automotive bearing applications, including wheel hub bearings, high-speed motor bearings, and steering system bearings. Through years of technological advancement, the company has built a comprehensive portfolio of high-precision steel balls ranging from 0.8mm to 100mm in diameter, along with mass production capabilities for tapered rollers with diameters between 9.00mm and 80.00mm, meeting Class I precision standards.

The bearing products jointly developed by Lixing Group and JTEKT have been widely adopted in a variety of best-selling models under global automotive brands such as Toyota. To date, the cumulative number of units delivered through this partnership has exceeded ten million sets, solidifying their role in the global supply chain for core automotive components.

In recent years, Lixing Group has accelerated its digital transformation and smart manufacturing initiatives. By integrating advanced intelligent production technologies, the company has established end-to-end digital quality control processes—from raw material forging and continuous heat treatment to resin grinding and non-destructive testing. Lixing has also developed proprietary technologies in core processes such as precision forging, steel ball surface strengthening, and high-accuracy roller inspection, with certain precision metrics reaching internationally advanced levels.
