DeepVision was invited to share its latest technological breakthroughs and practical applications in adaptive automation.

Beijing, July 2025 — DeepVision, a leading AI and vision technology provider, made a prominent appearance at the “Robot+ Empowering Industrial Upgrade” Exchange Forum, hosted by CITIC Group at CITIC Tower in Beijing. The event brought together top researchers, scholars, and industry leaders from universities, research institutes, and pioneering enterprises across China to explore the integration of robotics and industrial transformation.

As a recognized innovator in AI-driven flexible manufacturing and intelligent inspection, DeepVision was invited to share its latest technological breakthroughs and practical applications in adaptive automation. The company’s presence underscored its growing influence in bridging robotics and real-world production needs.

Driving Flexibility with AI-Powered Manufacturing
At the heart of the forum was a keynote speech by Mr. Wang Shuailin, General Manager of DeepVision, titled “AI Applications in Flexible Manufacturing.” He highlighted how DeepVision is redefining industrial automation by deeply integrating artificial intelligence into robotic systems. “Traditional rigid automation can no longer meet the needs of today’s high-mix, low-volume production orders,” Wang stated. “Through intelligent recognition, dynamic path planning, and real-time decision-making, AI enables manufacturing systems to respond adaptively and switch tasks seamlessly.”

Wang showcased several of DeepVision’s flexible inspection systems, built on proprietary algorithms and advanced 3D vision hardware. These solutions are already in use at numerous manufacturing sites, including in the automotive and metallurgical sectors. Clients have reported significant improvements in equipment utilization and product yield, along with substantial reductions in operational costs.

Intelligent Vision for Real-World Challenges
During the interactive sessions, DeepVision engaged with technical experts from various universities and enterprises, particularly around “Robot + Metallurgy” and “Robot + Financial Services” scenarios. The team presented its AI-based visual defect detection platform for steel processing and an online material classification and monitoring solution tailored for metallurgical production lines.

DeepVision also introduced its intelligent interaction technologies that support human-machine collaboration in financial environments, such as banks and insurance service points. These include customer service robots capable of visual recognition and voice interaction—enhancing both efficiency and user experience.

“Our belief is that robot technology must solve real industry pain points,” emphasized a senior DeepVision technical leader. “We are committed to developing full-stack intelligent systems—from perception and cognition to action—that are scalable and deployable across diverse scenarios.”

A Platform for Collaboration and Innovation
DeepVision’s holistic approach, combining algorithm innovation, hardware development, and application-specific design, earned high praise from attendees. Several university representatives expressed strong interest in partnering with the company on joint research initiatives, academic-industrial collaborations, and talent development in the field of intelligent manufacturing.

As a proactive supporter of the national “Robot+” strategy, DeepVision has established solid partnerships with state-owned enterprises and industry leaders, facilitating large-scale implementation of smart manufacturing technologies across key sectors. The CITIC Group forum served as an excellent platform for the company to strengthen its industry presence and catalyze future collaborations.

“In today’s era of industrial intelligence, transformation requires more than just cutting-edge tech—it demands ecosystem-wide coordination,” concluded Wang Shuailin. “DeepVision is ready to work hand-in-hand with our partners to turn advanced AI into tangible value for industry.”
