Targeting EV and High-End Applications

On June 29, 2026, Bahuan Technology Group Co., Ltd., a Chinese precision bearing manufacturer, officially received acceptance of its IPO application for listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
Founded in 1996 in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, Bahuan Technology has spent three decades developing from a small bearing factory into a specialized manufacturer serving automotive, robotics, and aerospace industries.
The company has built long-term partnerships with global and domestic customers, including Honda, Yamaha, Gates, thyssenkrupp, BYD, and Geely. In motorcycle bearings, Bahuan Technology has achieved comprehensive product coverage and supplies international brands such as Suzuki, Piaggio, and Harley-Davidson.
According to its IPO prospectus, the company’s revenue increased from RMB 717 million in 2023 to RMB 934 million in 2025, while net profit grew from RMB 78 million to RMB 103 million.
Growth is increasingly driven by high-value products. Aerospace bearings achieved a gross margin of 68.37%, while robotic bearings reached 31.42%, reflecting the company’s move toward advanced precision manufacturing.
However, rising demand has pushed production capacity close to its limit. In 2025, the company’s bearing production utilization rate reached 99.16%, with 18 intelligent production lines operating continuously.
To support future growth, Bahuan Technology plans to invest RMB 307 million in expanding high-end precision bearing production, focusing on new energy vehicle bearings, robotic bearings, and aerospace applications.
The company is also entering the ball screw market, investing RMB 141 million in industrialization projects. Ball screws are critical components for electric power steering, electronic braking systems, and intelligent vehicles.
With increasing demand for EVs, robotics, and automation, Chinese precision component manufacturers are accelerating their transition from traditional manufacturing toward technology-driven solutions.
Bahuan Technology’s IPO journey reflects a broader trend in China’s bearing industry: moving up the value chain through innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and expansion into high-growth sectors.
